Returns and Refunds Policy

Deadline

At Vesira we accept returns of the products you buy. Once your order is received, you can make full or partial returns of it. To do this, you have 15 days after receipt to request their return.

Reasons

Products can be returned for either of these two reasons:

  • The product was damaged when you received it. Normally we will verify that the product has been damaged during the transport of the package, and we will ask you to send us photos of the product to make a claim to the transport company. In this case, we will send you a new shipping label so that you can return the damaged products to us in a package. You must deliver the package with the products to be returned to a local Post Office.
  • You have changed your mind or want to cancel your purchase. In this case, you must return the products to us in their original condition (without having unsealed or used them) by the shipping method that you consider most convenient, at your expense.


In either of the two previous cases, as soon as we receive the products and check their condition, we will refund the amount within a maximum period of 3 days. For this we will use the same payment method that you chose in the order.

Process

The return process is easy, and you can do it online:

  • Contact us using this form and request the return of the products you want indicating the reason for their return.
  • Depending on the reason for your return, the process will be as follows:
    • If the product was damaged: we will request photos and we will send you a transport label so that you can take the products in a package to the Post office. This process is free for you.
    • If you have changed your mind or give up your purchase: you must send us the products to be returned using the transport method that you consider best, which you must pay.
  • As soon as we receive your return package, we will verify the products and we will refund the amount within 3 days using the same method you chose to pay for it.
  • Verify with the payment method of the order, that you have received the full refund of the returned products.
